Steve is a valuable associate of Practical Resources who is consistently recognized as one of the top producing loan officers in the United States. He is a Certified Mortgage Planner and has been personally trained and certified by Douglas Andrew, the author of Missed Fortune, Missed Fortune 101 and The Last Chance Millionaire to teach the principles from his books.

In addition to managing a busy mortgage practice, he is an experienced real-estate investor and believes real estate is an integral part of creating wealth. Steve has lectured audiences throughout Southern California, and consulted thousands of people in the area of household budgeting, mortgage planning, retirement planning, equity harvesting, fiscal responsibility, asset protection, asset optimization and tax reduction.

Steve is also involved with the Real Estate community, conducting seminars to help Realtors® understand Government loan programs and the Alternative Purchase Options that were very popular in the 80s, as well as new programs and options available recently.
